I'm in sales. I started because the tools I wanted didn't exist and waiting for a vendor to build them felt absurd when the models can write the code.

AI writes code fine. The hard part is understanding what it wrote, catching where it went wrong, and shaping the architecture. Once the model handles the typing, that judgment is the real bottleneck.
A good interface is a good interface whether you typed the CSS yourself or described it. What matters is the taste to notice when something looks off, and that's the part that's hard to fake now.
What to build, for whom, and when to cut scope are the same calls I make managing a pipeline. The technical execution matters, but that judgment is most of what actually ships a product.
