silvercontext · Spatial sales workspace

The canvas for selling.

CRM was built as an archive, but selling happens in space and the workspace should match. silvercontext is the tool for the person doing the work, not the one auditing it.

01 · The data entry tax

Optimised for the auditor.

Reps fill in fields so a manager's dashboard reads correctly. The value of that work goes up the chain while the cost stays with the rep doing it. Every AE knows the trade, and no CRM has really fixed it.

02 · No spatial layer

Maps without geography.

Accounts never cluster, deals don't arrange themselves by momentum, and there's no way to lay one territory over another. The relationships a rep keeps in their head have nowhere to live in the system.

03 · Post-hoc AI

The database wasn't built for the model.

Chat panels and AI summaries get bolted onto a data model that predates language models. The structure underneath can't really change, so the AI ends up decorative.

The answer

Canvas with depth.

Most knowledge tools have moved from lists to canvases. Figma replaced files, Linear put roadmaps on a plane, and tools like Arc, tldraw, and Notion Canvas changed how people lay things out. Sales is about the last knowledge-work discipline still stuck in rows and columns.

The third axis is time. An account isn't only where it sits on the territory map today. It's where it sits now compared to a month ago, which signal moved it, and what's about to change. Depth makes that time dimension as readable as the x and y.

The substrate

ASCII isn't nostalgia.
It's what the constraint forced.

When the interface has to be readable by the model and the human at the same time, and both sit in a context window that costs money per token, plain text is hard to beat.

Dense

Every character carries meaning.

Readable

By humans and every model trained after 2020.

Diffable

Git-native, version-controllable at character level.

Composable

Plain text assembles into larger plain text.

Portable

Renders in a terminal, browser, chat, PDF, anywhere.

Cheap

A thousand tokens of text carries more than a thousand pixels of screenshot.

What ships

Working today.

Spatial workspace

A canvas where accounts are objects, arranged spatially with a time axis.

Account scoring

Enrichment and scoring that surfaces which accounts deserve attention now.

Sequence composition

Build outbound motions from a prioritised account list. Outcome-attributed.

Call prep

Public signal synthesis before a meeting. Contextual, not generic.

MCP server

12 tools exposing the workspace to any compatible model via the Model Context Protocol.

Scoring diff

See what changed since last week. Territory delta, not a static snapshot.

Topology view

Field view across a territory. How accounts cluster, relate, and move relative to each other.

What's next
Multiplayer

Operators working the same territory see each other's motion live. Handoff without losing context.

Silver modules

The building blocks extracted as a library. Spatial workspace + AI legibility as primitives for any serious sales tool.
